This dish is inspired by classic Spanish bean stews. Made with creamy cannellini and borlotti beans that are slow cooked in our in-house veggie stock. Cooked with fresh red & yellow bell peppers, topped with kale and spiced with smoked paprika. Served over a nutritious mix of brown and red rice.

    How it's made

    • We soak the beans in water overnight, before slow cooking in our in-house stock until they become soft and creamy.
    • Fresh red and yellow peppers and fried together with garlic and onion.   
    • Finish the dish by adding some fresh kale. 

    Cooking Instructions

    Our chefs lovingly prepare each of our meals by hand. We then blast freeze our meals to keep the flavors and nutrition without any additives or preservatives required. 

    Our cooking instructions are only a guide, all equipment differs so please adjust accordingly.

    Microwave (750 Watt)  

    Remove paper sleeve and poke a few holes with a knife or a fork in the plastic film (it's microwave safe!). Place in middle of microwave and heat for 5 minutes. Wait for 1 minute to let the heat distribute evenly before removing from microwave.
