Mirepoix is a fancy French name for chopped onion, carrots and celery. It's the flavor base for many dishes and in Italy it's called sofrito. But it takes a long time to chop and cut, so we've done it for you to save time. 

Use it for making classic French and Italian sauces, stews and soups.

    Cooking Instructions

    Cook from frozen and add directly into frying pan with some oil, fry for about 3-4 minutes to release all the flavours.
